Shipping, Returns & Refunds
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible once we receive it. We are currently experiencing shipping set backs due to staffing and transportation delays. We ship out most orders within 5 business days and then send you an email with tracking information. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified as potential fraud. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason; and these restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing address and/or shipping address.
We offer multiple shipping options for your convenience. For shipments within the United States we mainly use UPS SurePost, a combination of UPS and USPS. We will use FedEx Smartpost occasionally, a combination of FedEx and USPS. For orders $59 and above, shipping is free. SurePost/SmartPost shipments generally arrive 7-10 business days after shipment.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
Returns & Refunds
Products can be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. We cannot issue credit or refunds on opened or used products. We also cannot issue credit or refunds on partial cases or partial kits – the cases or kits must be fully intact with all of the original products. We are not responsible for lost returns and we do not take title to returned products until we receive the products. For your own protection, you should insure your package(s). We are unable to process exchanges. We will be happy to issue a refund. If you wish to return an item and purchase another, we will need to process a new order for you. A check will be issued if your order was paid by check. A credit will be issued to your charge card if your order was charged. Refund checks are mailed within 14 business days and refunds to credit cards will normally appear within 2 billing cycles. Original shipping/handling fees, as well as, return shipping costs are non-refundable. Items returned that were charged no shipping or handling fees, will be subject to a restocking fee equal to normal shipping and handling charges, not to exceed $5.99. Orders that are refused by the purchaser will be charged both shipping/handling fees and a restocking fee of $5.99 (total fees = $11.98). Please double check your full shipping address. Orders placed with incorrect addresses may be subject to additional state and/or city sales taxes. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses or orders requiring change of address after an order is complete may be subject to a $7.00 redirection fee. To receive refunds on products purchased at your local retailer or on other websites, please contact those entities for assistance. Orders shipped from our warehouse needing returned must include a copy of the packing list, indicate the product name, quantity and reason for return.
